There is a morale to the story i am about to recit

A man went to his bank to see his banker. However, His banker was not in.
When he asked the lady at the desk to stamp his parking voucher she said she could not because the policy was she could not if official banking business did not occur.
He stated he had the appointment but for some reason his Banker was not working.
She again stated she could not validate his parking ticket since no banking business had transpired.
He said “ok then, I would like to make a withdraw. Will that suffice to stamp my ticket?” She said “yes.”
“Ok then” he said.
So he promptly withdrew over 2 million dollars as he was a member of IBM c-suite.
Moral of story which relates to the LL post is:
When POLICIES come before PEOPLE, you will not have good outcomes for the people.
Hospitals say (have worked in healthcare for 20 years now) people first but it doesn’t always pan out that way.
Sorry long post....I do not do often.
