Edited - Just want to add that QMC is like an iceberg. We can only see the part of the iceberg above the surface of the ocean but 90 % of it is below the surface. Same thing with QMC. Without SEC reporting, QMC is doing business but we don't hear about it until after it is done. One example is the PPE company that Innova bout this week. I posted that QD nanocoatings could change the quality and effectiveness of masks and other PPE. That would be a quantum leap in fighting the coronavirus.

We only heard of that deal this week. Would Innova purchase that PPE company otherwise? IDK, but it's very possible and logical that it is QMC quantum dots adding to a quality product that made Innova decide to take the leap.

For the above reason and the following, I don't think Innova walks away or takes over the company by strictly enforcing the agreement but instead cooperates with Squires while we wait on the Kansas decision and the FDA approvals and further extends. Never underestimate Steve Squires. He's held this company together and brought it to the cusp of success. The new QMC hirings are proof big things are going on that we just can't see yet. I am sure QMC played a big part in bringing business to Innova and QMC is a big part of Innova's plans. If they tried to force it, would Squires take his shares and walk away? Maybe. I think they need his vision and knowledge of all the industries that quantum dots can affect to build the company the best way.
