Minimal dilution? At $3 per share, the $50 million dollar loans, plus $7 million for the upfront fee of $3.5 million each, will require 19 million shares to pay back (plus or minus share depending on the SP). That’s because CYDY has long paid Fife back with shares. Please, tell me how 19 million shares is “minimal dilution.” I’m glad that CYDY still has a financing option, but to to label Fife as a “top Wall Street Investor is incorrect (he’s a loan shark) and to label his loans as non-dilutive, is ridiculous.
