I get that you’re tasked with carrying the water for these amateurs, but respectfully, it isn’t always helpful.
Amongst real salvors there wouldn’t have been any belief that they had found gold.
Perhaps your bigger point was......see, it’s not really a pump and dump, but that was not a very helpful comment to make such a point.
