A product an be garbage if it was a disaster or it could be something that a company just decided there was not enough revenue to justify spending enormous amounts of investment. However you want to spin it.
CDB Water probably was garbage depending on how it was done.
Other endeavors are not. But you bringing it up now, when it's in the past is garbage and you know it. Their product line now is not garbage and you know that to. They just need to execute on it.
