For some amount of time there was the expectation from the crew, management and the state that a small amount of gold could have been found.
Was there an indication of leaks driving up the price or big buys coming in? No.
Had a small amount of gold been found I can't help but think the price would have gone up. How much, I don't know, but up.
But there was zero indication of this information reflected in the market price. Price continued to do what it has been doing, as I said months ago - slow drop until announcement is made.
Which means no one except a tight circle of need-to-know people is going to know when this hits. And that tight circle is not going to be trading on that information.
So don't expect to see a run up before an announcement.
