I will ask a simple question. Do you believe the following is accurate? NP doesn't tell the whole truth and is often materially misleading? (Think hard and pretend you are under oath).
One doesn't have to think hard about that. Omission of facts and overstatements are par for the course. If there was a guarantee that a new CEO could move the company forward and wouldn't lowball a buyout or otherwise screw over shareholders I would have no problem replacing Nader. There is no guarantee of that.
But that's no excuse for advancing false claims.
