Considering what they have told us that is keeping them from filing, those things should of been fixed by now. If they're waiting on current status on OTC, then they should of stated that. Since they haven't, then there no I don't see a reason to stall it any longer. The S-1 and MyFlix are not dependent on it whatsoever and to blame the filing on those things seems very odd to me.
