They will look at the standard cancer metrics: PFS, OS, ORR=CR+PR, SD, etc... using RECIST 1.1 techniques for measuring tumor size and changes to the primary tumor. They also will look at time to new metastases (TTNM), AEs, and biomarkers like CTCs, CAMLs, and more.
So far we've only heard about the CTCs and CAMLs in our cancer patients, and a few anecdotes here and there about who/how many are still alive for how long. It will definitely be nice to hear a more comprehensive overview, number of subjects at each dose, some imaging results, details of CTC #s, and more.
I do recall them saying they paused TNBC and are focusing more on basket trial, so we'll see what is said about that, if anything.
