UNVC- I just want to clarify some misinformation about OTC Markets and filing to get current.
I had a nice discussion last week with a very helpful lady at OTC Markets. She told me all filings to become OTC Markets current are CONFIDENTIAL, contrary to some reports here. Also the CEO has no say when to release the information, OTCM releases as soon as they approve the paperwork, no delays allowed by the CEO.
But it is a moot point, anyone watching OTCM for the financials is going to miss them on Edgar first. OTCM is only recognized as the "alternative method" of reporting financials/SEC forms, fine for most penny stocks. However Nasdaq does NOT recognize the "alternative method" of reporting, they only accept filings thru Edgar/SEC.
Some make it sound like we can't apply to up list until we are current, that is not accurate, Nasdaq allows even a dark penny stock to apply as long as they meet the other criteria, which we surely do. That is straight from a very nice lady at Nasdaq.
So keep an eye on Edgar and FINRA (for the name change).
