I think we need to stay focused on the hot spots of the world where there is actually pressure from the citizens for action. I always believed the US’ primary goal was to get the vaccine out the door and therapeutics had a backseat. Not just Leronlimab but the IV drugs which came out last year. There was no government campaign to educate the public about how and when to seek out therapeutics that were effective.
But the third world is suffering because they aren’t getting the levels of vaccines which we received here and the death and infection rates are staggering in India and Brazil. The Philippines is definitely being driven by the people who have gotten to their representatives and pounded on the FDA last week for EUA status for a couple of drugs including Leronlimab. We never had that groundswell from the populace here. In fact I would argue we were more like lemmings , shrugging our shoulders and figuring there was nothing out there to help so we had to wait for vaccines. It was the vibe coming from the elected officials and also from the national health organizations. So I do not believe in conspiracies per se I’m this case but I believe the plan all along was “ focus energy on the vaccines and this virus goes away”. Not “ how do we deal with the dying in the ICUs.
So a long story short, it’s got to come from international amd I believe it will within 30 days . We already have a revenue event in the Philippines but I want to know from Cytodyn what the order flow is at the moment
