The doctors in the Philippines know, because they've seen no benefit to the other drugs when given to critical covid19 patients. They know. And the Manila28Criticals will be convincing for the doctors and their legislature, which is presently trying to get Leronlimab approved. The Philippines should play out for us as a big catalyst, IMO, it will.
