A reasonable statement. But India may not have even the same guidelines as our FDA as to "compassionate use" rules or whether it even exists in the same operational framework there. They don't answer to our FDA. But I agree, for them to try it would seem to make sense. Who is to say that such isn't being implemented as we write these posts? If I were the Indian PM (correct term for the leader there, I guess?) I think I would be looking at exactly that RIGHT NOW. Interesting thought? Foolish thought? Is it possible we see a PR about such this year, or next month, or next week, or tomorrow, or today?
