How can I be unconcerned about BP? Because we have to get approval first of all. Secondly, he does not get to name his price. Third 90% profit margins.

I think its a long shot that he ever gets a penny from us. But if he does, it will be small.

I'm not a patent attorney, none of us are. But I would imagine you cannot just patent something that you were being paid to work on. In the very least CYDY can fight this with him for the next decade. If we do in fact reach meaningful revenue in COVID, we will have much deeper pockets than BP.
