To say the situation is fluid is an understatement to be sure...I think whenever the next CC rolls around it might be interesting to find out precisely... where the additional funding is going to be pointed..that in itself will reveal some kind of strategic trajectory..whether it be trials or inventory it will stop the guessing...once the intended motive is understood by the market it will likely initiate a share price increase....I think all in all... when large money talks we should listen.
