The question IMO is whether they are corrupt (65% yes), just bureaucratically bound (20% yes), or overly cautious (15% yes)? Either way there are an awful lot of highly beloved people who are dying and going to die (and die ugly) that could plainly be saved by the extraordinarily safe Leronlimab.
