Now let's not get over our skis. In the past the co has posted financials, although its been many years ago. We know currently they are not obligated to release. I see no reason for them not to comply with this amended regulation. I think it would be a stretch for them to want to go grey unless they wanted to lock out long shareholders and restrict access to a limited few. That would be the death nail for the company and the many who have stuck by the co. We know the co can't make it on it's own and the chances of someone wanting to work with a grey market co would be slim to none. In a short time we'll know if this is a .04 cent company or more or less. imo Holding.
