I have little doubt the US SOC is better than a lot of countries, but remember that NP said our OLE patients were showing good results, better than the body of CD-12. My guess is CYDY is finally tired of moving goal posts and outright obstruction from the FDA and refocusing on countries that might give a damn. Continuing OLE on CD-12 will give additional data that might be worthwhile to other countries who are actually looking for a quality therapeutic and don't care that it isn't from BP.
I'm still hoping for Canada. They are in trouble and I have relatives in BC and lived there for a while, so I'm clearly biased. The Philippines is showing promise, but "considering" is not "approval". Brazil and India might be in too much chaos to make an aggressive move, but I hope not. Either one could solve all our problems.
In the end, what we need, is the opportunity for LL to do it's thing without the hinderance of human incompetence and obstruction. I think the damn drug works.
