The SP not jumping is not because of lack of market efficiency. The SP isn’t jumping because we’ve yet to see data to support NP’s statements regarding CTCs and CAMLs. I don’t doubt the claims, but I believe the market has caught onto NP’s statement history: confirm before buying. Just a few minutes before the CTC statement, NP claimed that some top Wall Street investor had their top analysts look into CYDY and confirm everything is great before loaning $50 million. That top Wall Street Investor is Fife, who has an active SEC investigation, so it’s hard to buy 100% into NP’s statements following such a misleading statement about Fife.
Cancer appears to be the indication that could truly shape the company, but additional trial sites need to be added so the basket trial can reach 50% and CYDY can publish interim results. When that happens, the SP will respond.
