Generex is a holding company. Their PPS will go up because they own stock in NGIO which will first be valued at over 500 million dollars. Do the math there with the number of shares owned by Generex in NGIO and then the number of shares that GNBT currently has since Generex will then be valued at a specific amount based on what it will now be worth.
