All concerns expressed in your post are addressed with an NGIO uplist to Nasdaq ASAP and it doesn't seem like there is a better time to be an investor in my opinion.
Upon a successful $5PPS for NGIO, my math tells me that the PPS for GNBT will be over $3 even with the new share count. Once NGIO hits milestones for COVID booster/vaccine then the 60%+ ownership provides strong value in PPS for GNBT.
Milestone NGIO Valuation: NASDAQ Listing
Current: $500MM
GNBT Current Unrealized Valuation as of 4/22/21: ~$350MM (IMO)
Divided by the current Share count of 115MM, PPS should be approximately $3.05
After FDA Accepts IND Package for Vaccine/Booster:
Est. Valuation:
NGIO: $900MM?
GNBT: $608MM
GNBT PPS = $5.29/Share
NGIO PPS = $9/Share
At this point perhaps GNBT can uplist to the NASDAQ as well.
We are not far away from some really strong gains and I personally am excited for the process of the uplist to occur. It'll be a great show to watch! Successful Phase 1, 2 and 3 human trials will bump PPS as well, perhaps GNBT can be up to $10/share by the time phase 3 results come in and commercialization can occur.
New Investors have a lot to look forward to RIGHT NOW!
