My belief/sense is that the Philippines.... as well as other catalysts,... have their fuses LIT.....a matter of time before something/someone explodes......as Hell on earth... has already been unleashed...and we are witnesses to failure in Governments everywhere....talking heads prevail..while people are dying over P-Values....politics...and Doctors are hamstrung because of lack of immediacy..by those that can..but,..don't. The sense of Inertia demonstrated to me is both STARTLING but,.. NOT UNPRECEDENTED...given the Lumps we Vote for in Elections.
