The one thing I thought was confusing is the reference “NuGenerex Family of Companies”. The Home Page states “Generex Biotechnology is an integrated healthcare holding company…” with a tab/link to “NuGenerex Family of Companies”. That web page has the inset link:

For me, I am not sure that a new investor visiting this website would intuitively understand that each of the six NuGenerex listed companies are completely independent of each other (even though all six begin with NuGenerex) and with the exception of NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology (NGIO), are wholly owned by Generex (GNBT).
I think it would be more impressive for new investors to understand that Generex owns/holds SIX separate companies. That one (NGIO) is in the process of an IPO and that the other five could also be IPO-ed in the future. And that each company represents a separate revenue stream for GNBT, six streams in total.
