I've been pondering that one for quite awhile. Il-4 and IL-6 (both CCR5 regulated) can contribute to hyperactivity in B cells. Downregulation of both by leronlimab might possibly restore normal B cell production. We won't know until trials (possibly longer) are completed.

We know that longhaulers is quite often disabling I would think any near term fatalities would be rare but it could significantly shorten lifespan.
