While annoying, these actions are not "harming CYD

Most of these firms have not actually filed lawsuits that CYDY has to respond to, they were merely seeing if people were interested in being part of a suit in the event that all of NP's foolish though not necessarily illegal "three figures!" and "don't blink" and "we filed an EUA" nonsense was in violation of any SEC laws. There is nothing against the law in seeking plaintiffs for a POTENTIAL suit.
If lawsuits are in fact filed, it would not deter from CYDY conducting their business or releasing press releases, because their outside counsel would respond to the suits, most likely by asking for what is known as a demurrer, which is a written response to a complaint filed in a lawsuit which, in effect, pleads for dismissal on the point that even if the facts alleged in the complaint were true, there is no legal basis for a lawsuit. Again, this is handled by outside counsel and NP can keep practicing his "What, me worry?" grin in front of the mirror the whole time.
NP has said and done (or sometimes NOT done) a litany of things that could be very upsetting to investors who were basically told one thing while those things were not exactly true. That is just fact, not opinion. Illegal? I am not an SEC attorney, so I don't know. Is it annoying that NP did it and that is what caused all of these law firms to do this? Absolutely.
