Well, Joe did text that on March 17th, which predates the governors announcement by a little. Good to know. Also interesting, part of the governor's comment "“In Arizona, we never did a shutdown...". Brings into question what Joe meant and why there has been little if anything done in AZ business wise with the MSO, CCM etc. What about the HMO?
As far as wound care is concerned with the VA, I get that part if the hospitals are sending patients to civilian outpatient clinics. Now if they are going to VA clinics, Generex needs to see about contracting Excellagen there as well.
