Would that be his agenda of taking a company that had gone dark and was essentially BK, reviving it, cleaning up the corporate structure, developing a methodology to create a safe, synthetic vaccine, proceeding down the production path thru the GMP steps, signing deals with China and Malaysia (which apparently paid for the creation of the process and the vaccine to date), getting commitments with a number of smaller subsidiaries (using stock at $2.50/share when it's trading at $.26/share) to develop an integrated holding company, and filing S1s to spin off a subsidiary that will be worth approximately $500 million? While taking $0 salary and donating a portion of 20 million personal shares back to the company?
Yep, that's a guy I sure want out of here because that is the most arrogant, money grabbing and plain evil agenda I've ever seen on Wall St. Why hasn't anybody called the SEC on this monster?
