If CD16/CD17 delay is due to addition of IV first dose for critial patients, it is well worthwhile in my opinion.
One of the terrific selling points of Leron has been that it's just a subcutaneous injection. Can be done in a doc's office or at home. Quick, easy, and cheap. Doesn't require a hospital.
But if you are dealing with critical patients, they're already in the hospital, and giving them an IV is not a huge additional expense or trouble. I still think that at some point a couple of Leron shots will become the SOC for moderate patients. But for critical, by all means, put the pedal to the metal.
That metaphor there comes courtesy of Respert24, who has authorized its use as long as it remains distinctly dissociated from Butt jokes. #OfficialRespertTshirt
