I also sent a LinkedIn message to Dr. Barrett after I watched the youtube video posted earlier by CassandraX. Hopefully she will read it. I know I get bombed with sales messages on LinkedIn from people wanting to sell me every kind of thing imaginable. I don't reply to 99% of them, but perhaps she will take the time to look. It sounds like she's pretty influential in Canadian medical circles. LL is certainly better than triage for the ICU.
