SEC rule requiring shorts to have cash on hand to borrow and brokers to have cash on hand to cover any shares lent comes into effect Thursday.
Ever since the successful reverse split, scammers have shorted $EVSV almost daily - particularly at the open, often below known extant bids and usually after each 100%+ run - to dupe people to fill their waiting bids. the new rule may affect their ability to do this and we should see any short position cover soon.
