Miranda Erlanson just posted an update on Facebook
Post# of 148190
Miranda is the long hauler from Austin who is in the LH trial in GA. She was in need of money to cover her expenses during the trial. Someone posted her gofundme page on IH and many of us contributed (with special thanks to SAF for matching). She was thrilled to go over her goal. I thought everyone would enjoy seeing what she just posted. There is a short video in which she is extremely upbeat, smiling and singing. Quite a contrast from earlier pictures of her in a hospital bed. For those who don't have access, I will insert her message. Not sure how much media attention she will get, but I believe she will continue to give profuse praise for Leronlimab. Note who she sent the video to.
Leronlimab changed my life. Period. (As my students would say, period!) I have energy!! Normal days where I feel “better!”
I sent this to Drs: Pourhassan, Recknor, and Dr. Ritter’s assistant coordinator.
Wheelchair to walking, walking to hopping, hopping to maybe jogging soon?! Going to sign up for aqua fitness therapy while I finish my trial. I just feel like I’m deconditioned and only receive minor chest pain as punishment. I used to have the feeling that a wrecking ball exploded into my sternum. .0001% of that feeling remains post exercise while receiving Leronlimab.
