We need to consider that are talking about a country with a different primary language than ours and different interpretations for English terminology than we have here, so "market" may not mean the same thing to us as it means to them.
In the purest sense going to market means taking your goods to a place where they can be sold. Until NP comes out and says "we got paid X amount of $$" it's up for conjecture whether or not the company got paid.
In the overall scheme of things it's irrelevant whether they got paid or not. The money received isn't enough to fund much of anything. What's most important is the results from the 29 patients, in treatment, including Mr. Estrada as well.
If the results are what most of us expect, the floodgates will eventually open and whether or not CytoDyn got paid for the 28 won't matter.
