I would not be too concerned with Twitter counts
Not every industry attracts Twitter Followers like the Kardashians and Opera.
McKesson, one of the largest Healthcare companies in the world, does over $200 billion a year in sales, has 80k employees, and 22k Twitter Followers.
Medtronic, the largest medical device company in the world, does over $30 billion a year in sales, has 90K employees, and 77k Twitter Followers.
KT is not a billion $ company. They are a private company so no official revenue numbers are provided. The global Kinesiology Tape market is under $300 million and KT controls a significant percentage of that.
DonJoy is one of 12 divisions within the 1.2 billion dollar DJO Global Company which is now owned by the 3 billion dollar Colfax Corp.
I did not find any Twitter accounts for Colfax.
Being an OEM Supplier will not win BIEL any Twitter awards as it is largely a 'behind the scenes' business. What it can do is supply a steady flow of revenue for BIEL which is exactly what BIEL needs right now.
There are no guarantees in the stock market but IMO BIEL is headed in the right direction.
