I would be inclined to believe that usage of LL vi

I would be inclined to believe that usage of LL via the CSP, would be paid for. The Drs administering it will bill for their services and unless the recipient(s) are in a sanctioned trial, it stands to reason that the "drug" wouldn't be free either (as opposed to no cost to patients in a trial).
