That doesn’t make sense since it is not three months.
You could take second quarter revenue and increase it by 20% to approximate 3 months
For example 3 months is 91 days since 15 days are missing, there are 76 days in the second quarter number.
15/76 is 20% so it is easy and fair to take the second quarter numbers and increase them by 20% to approximate the full three month revenue number.
This is a bit unfair since the average will be skewed downward because on the the sales per day are low in the beginning.
You should have an exception process if there is a big sale in the first 15 days of July or if sales are halted for any reason but the extra 20 percent should work.
You may also consider limiting the posting ban to three months because one of you we would like to hear from again even if lose the bet.
