Why not you?

Questions from docj:

Will our NGIO dividend shares AKA NUGX(make sure and include both) be tradable from the start of trading of NuGenerex shares or is Generex/NuGenerx restricting them from trading? If so, how long will the restriction be in place? The follow up question if the answer is yes they will be restricted is: Why were investors not informed of this at the time the dividend payouts were announced as being planned much less distributed. Numerous CC's and PR's discussed the dividend with no mention "loyal shareholders" would be required to wait through such a restriction.

Besides Dawson James, what other bank(s) if any is/are involved in the IPO of NuGenerex?

What specific items are left to be completed for the NAZ to approve the NGIO listing?

Please provide the name of another company that has a 20 year operating history, has multiple subsidiaries, has one of them attempting to be listed on the NAZ and another with an up listing application with the NAZ in place, that operates with the same corporate management structure as Generex? In other words one person being President/CEO and Chairman of the Board. On top of that, who else has that same person holding those same positions in one of the subsidiary companies? Isn't this structure placing unnecessary reliance on just one person?
