Some have speculated that BO is in works and judging by the laughing and the muffled “we can’t comment on ongoing negotiations Nader “ from Scott Kelly. What would be probable time frames for any such information reaching shareholders? Aren’t we privy to all offers made? or do they only inform of offers the BOD deems worthy of accepting? Thanks in advance for replies I have zero experience in buyouts.
Personally I would prefer no BO and to kick FDA in the nuts, tell to BP to shove it and sell to rest of the world.
