My thought is QMC believes it will prevail in Kansas which will help with bringing suit in Texas. My thought is Pasaca agrees.
Otherwise, wouldn't they cut bait and settle?Give up some shares and get on with business? NO, its the other way around. QMC believes it will win.
The end game, the long game, is winning.
IMO, K&L Gates will settle in Texas because they can't take the hit of losing to a 2-Person law firm in Houston and losing the chance at "Top Lawyer" Awards they are addicted to which will also be a major hit to their fees and reputation.
