You are right ....at this moment in time we are ill-equipped to deal with outbreaks as we've had in recent times...Not sure about a therapeutic task force...or therapeutic Czar..but elected officials need to get their $HIT together or have it packed on the sidewalk...for NOT being able to COPE.
The other prescriptive remedies you allude to have merit...would it be OK if this A$$ board keeps posting/reporting... so we have somewhere to VENT on the Science of course.
