The needs are different vaccines and LL address two different populations: one is prevention and the other is Critical patients.
Whatever the case might be, if the FDA approved LL and there weren't enough vials I am positive Samsung could ramp up production after a little "push" from the government's money and a market looking at their faces (I am well aware Samsung is in Korea).
I don't believe the approval depends on CYDY's ability to produce the drug in the required quantities. It depends on what BP and its minions instruct FDA to say/do.
But again, I respect those that think we are getting a fair share from them (including NPs Stockholm-syndrome declarations).
