Update: "SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
I'm happy to report that as my programmers, and lawyers are preparing our NFT's and Crypto to launch, at the same time, we just hired yet another team of service providers.
One of our companies in our "portfolio" is currently a "fully reporting " company; ( UITA) . So, while our current attorneys and CPA's are still swamped with the current workload on getting all our companies to a "current status" level, we hired a PCAOB CPA group and SEC analysts and attorneys who "specialize" in filings for the SEC fully reporting EDGAR filers.
Once they complete the UITA updated and filings with the SEC, this team, will also start on a process of auditing and updating all our other companies. The goal here is to have all our companies "fully reporting" SEC filers by this year end, 2021.
Current upgrades and developments that all of our companies are achieving proves that we are on a good and steady path to complete all the upgrades, and have companies ready for the big boards in 2022. That's a great goal, that is easily achievable with the team and progress that we have so far for all our companies.
