Exactly in that there is a video and you can shop,

Like saying I created Microsoft Word, but here's the template you must always use. I like Verb's ability to add interactions when and wherever a user wants. Also like that a user can get up and running quickly for little cost. I like that you don't need a shopify or square account. Also like the Marketplace aspect which is coming. Also like the attribution feature and the list goes on and on.
You are not going to broadly patent video shopping, but you can patent features within. If you go to a patent site and read what Verb as already patent, that makes it more difficult to get into the Direct Sales and Attribution part of it. The patent applications around interactive videos have not been published yet so no one but the company can speak to about that. Be foolish to tip your hand what you got going on.
There are going to be dozen of companies trying out all flavors of online shopping and believe it or not, that is a good thing. Otherwise we'd all be wearing the same shoes.
Now back to what you said. Food for thought...
Let's pretend VerbLive is exactly like their app/tech. I think much better, but let's say pretend exactly. Shouldn't Verb market cap be exactly the same or higher since Verb has more revenue?
