I was told by a member of the Philippine media our story will be covered once Estrada is discharged from the hospital

Citro Beltran is described on his facebook page as a "Writer, Columnist, Motivational Speaker, Business & Life Consultant." He seems to be well connected in the world of Philippines news media. He frequently streams news on YouTube under a "One News PH" banner. He interviewed Dr. Randy Nicolas on 4/4/21 in the video at link below (start at 11:50, lasts about 30 minutes).

Beltran discussed his pastor who was in serious condition. Some speculate that he may have been patient #2. Note Dr. Nicolas' good understanding and explanation of Leronlimab's trial results. You have to love Dr. Nicolas' enthusiasm for and knowledge of Leronlimab - a lot like Dr. Bream.
Beltran wrote an interesting article in which he criticized their "Compassionate Use Permit" program because the requesting physician must agree to take responsibility for any and all outcomes related to use of the medicine. He wrote "As for the Compassionate Use Authority of the FDA, there is not an ounce of compassion in it, when in order to get the FDA permission, a doctor or physician has to expose him or her self to being sued by anybody and run the risk of being stripped of their license to practice medicine just because a dying or critically ill patient was administered a medicine on “Off Label Use” as a last choice."

It appears to me that Philippines publicity is coming when former Pres. Estrada is discharged and Cito Beltran is a very good messenger to spread the word. He seems to be well known and is familiar with Leronlimab's efficacy. This will be especially true if Leronlimab was successfully given to his pastor. There seems to be a good possibility that the Philippines will give approval before our own FDA.
