The issue here is that the CC is 3 weeks away. At the time of the announcement, it was over a month away.
The GMP has been completed. No mention of revenues in any PR. No mention of whats going on in China, though an update will be provided weeks from now, all the while we get an update that an IND will be submitted 'soon' and when approved, phase 1 and 2 will commence here in the states. Again, no mention on what is going on with a 1.5 billion dollar deal after the GMP is done, but hey, at least they are working submitting the IND to get approved sometime.
Sorry, Rjs, I am frustrated because, there is really no explanation why we have not received an update on if the information actually was sent to China after the GMP was complete or if it was, is the entity working with the CDC or FDA over in China now or whatever like they are doing here with the IND / FDA. That would go a long way in making I think the shareholders feel like things are really moving forward. And the quiet period should have no bearing since they talked about the IND / FDA here.
I don't understand this picking and choosing Joe and team seems to do with information sharing when it comes to shareholders and news that impacts the company.
