It's simple, imo trust and credibility remain the big issues for support. Joe's vision/business plan , missed targets and funding/lawsuits increase the risk for any institution to participate. Investing in Management and potential has turned into SHOW ME ......the result is lack of funding, lawsuits and ongoing dilution. If the transition of IP has started the China deal will turn quiet and potential revenues questionable............in addition other investors may not see the big value for future research. Big pharma doesn't wait around for NGIO .......they will provide boosters if necessary. ......no big deal for people to stop by CVS, Walgreens etc to get another shot......5 min, and supplies will be a non issue in 6-12 months.
No info on core business or revenue and the blah blah blah goes on and on. Joe had his chance and should resign unless his ego can't handle it.....the BOD needs to step up.
Since late 2018 we have been talking about Nasdaq ........HIGH PRIORITY !! Due-diligence answers any questions, as far as "World Class Management " .......you decide. The Scientific Board may have qualified people but they don't decide on the direction of the company. We need a seasoned reputable leader to restore trust/credibility and results. A little success won't erase the past ..........
Don't expect a huge IPO if Dawson James is still on board, and what is the plan when funds become available.......dump it in the "business plan" ....run out and start dilution allover .......it will take time to generate revenue .........
