Just IMO - we're two weeks from April 31 and I believe the deal will go through because it looks like all parties want it to happen. Why? Because it is the fastest path to uplisting off the OTC. That's the goal. Uplisting. The 'how' of uplisting has not been revealed, but the two parties must think it is possible or would not be going through this process.
If anyone posts on what happens after the purchase when QMC becomes a Pasaca Portfolio company, that would be great, do it!
If anyone thinks the purchase will not go through, tell us what you see as an alternative path for QMC? Stop asking "what-if' questions, its an insult to your intelligence. If its just all negative, what are you doing here?
