Planning ahead (for even near term future use) and requesting enough to justify the administrative costs would make sense -- which could lead to administration over time (even if it is a week or two).
Look - this wasn't intended to be a tough or argumentative question. It really was a legitimate simple question -- and at least between the two of us the answer is that we really don't know.
