I’d like to know where the Nugenerex ‘end of A

I’d like to know where the Nugenerex ‘end of April ‘ IPO information originated. I’ve looked at a number of ‘upcoming ipo’ lists and Nugenerex does not appear. We’ve heard nothing recently from Generex about this. The end of April is only weeks away. Perhaps someone could shed some light on this either way. I’d hate for anyone (here) to suffer needlessly because of unrealistic expectations.
