OK, I'll remove the word "New" in front of investors. We had a one day 24% SP rise about 2 or 3 weeks ago - there are quite a few folks aware of leronlimab. Those who are watching and waiting, and long investors that sold or reduced their positions, should be jumping all over CYDY in anticipation of the Manila28Criticals recovery reports, coming end of this week and next week. I substantilly increased my position Friday, before I heard anything about Pres Estrada, I bought due to the Manilia28Criticals, then heard of Estrada's recovery.
Why are investors not buying the rumor?
1) increased thinking that the FDA is indeed, heavily influenced by BP
2) scabs are still sensitive from CD12 and CD10 and a year of SP manipulation and HIV snail pace, etc
3) "wait and see" is preferred over "buying the rumor", willingness to miss the initial SP jump, will get in after the rumor turns to news, less profit but less risk.
