Gators were a rare sight in SC during the 60's, 70

Gators were a rare sight in SC during the 60's, 70's, and 80's. Now, their population has rebounded and them thar critters are almost to the point of becoming a nuisance in some areas.,,,,,,,, A few years back, a friend of mine probably lost his pet poodle to a gator. The little dog, maybe no more than 12 to 15 pounds, went wandering down a river bank while my friend was checking out some river property and just simply disappeared...... I wonder if gators would eat a librul nutburger? LOL
